Premium Inboxes charges $3.50 per inbox for orders of up to 249 inboxes, billed every 4 weeks. The rate drops to $3.00 from 250 inboxes and $2.80 from 1,250.
A first-time buyer can take 20% off the first bill with the Premium Inboxes coupon code FIRST20. On a 50-inbox order, that turns a $175.00 bill into $140.00.
That is the short version. The long version matters because the bill has a few quirks that catch new buyers out.
The 4-week billing cycle, the annual plan, the Insured option and the domains you buy yourself all change what you really pay. We checked every price below on the Premium Inboxes pricing page and checkout on 9 October 2026.
What you are actually paying for
Premium Inboxes sells official Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes, set up for cold email. You are paying for the account and for the setup work, not for sending software.
According to the checkout, every inbox comes with:
- Complete technical setup, covering DKIM, DMARC, MX records, SPF, custom domain tracking and domain forwarding
- Unlimited free replacement inboxes if performance drops
- Delivery in 6 hours or less
- Upload straight into Smartlead or Instantly, with warm-up started for you
Two things are not in the price. Premium Inboxes does not sell domains, so you bring your own. It also does not include a sequencer, so you still pay for Smartlead, Instantly or similar.
Keep both in mind when you compare prices. A cheaper inbox that makes you do the DNS work yourself is not the same product.
Premium Inboxes prices per inbox in 2026
The price depends on how many inboxes you order in total. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes cost exactly the same at every tier.
| Plan | Inboxes in the order | Every 4 weeks, per inbox | Over a year on 4-week billing | Annual plan, per inbox |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Start Up | 1 to 249 | $3.50 | $45.50 | $35 a year |
| Growth | 250 to 1,249 | $3.00 | $39.00 | $30 a year |
| Enterprise | 1,250 to 2,499 | $2.80 | $36.40 | $28 a year |
| Custom | 2,500 and up | Quoted by Premium Inboxes | Quoted | Quoted |
The yearly figures assume 13 bills a year, which the next section explains. Prices are from the Premium Inboxes pricing page and its checkout, checked 9 October 2026.
Each plan adds a little on top of the one below. Start Up includes the setup, a real-time dashboard, sequencer upload and unlimited replacements, with no monthly commitment.
Growth adds 24-hour health checks and alerts. Enterprise adds a dedicated account manager, a dedicated Slack channel and extra modules for running large inbox estates.
The pricing page also lists an Email Control Centre at $7,500 a month, by application only, with inboxes not included. It is a managed service for large outbound teams, not something a first-time buyer needs.
Why billing every 4 weeks means 13 bills a year
The pricing page says “monthly”, but the checkout bills every 4 weeks. A cart we opened on 9 October showed the next charge on 6 November, 28 days later.
A year has 52 weeks, so that is 13 bills, not 12. One Start Up inbox costs $45.50 over a year, not the $42.00 you get from multiplying $3.50 by 12.
It is not a hidden fee, just a different calendar. But it matters when you budget, and it is why the annual plan is a better deal than the 20% label suggests.
Against 13 four-week bills, the annual price saves about 23% at every tier. The pricing page calls it “2 months free” because $35 a year is exactly ten bills of $3.50.
Standard or Insured, and who should pay the extra
Insured inboxes cost a flat $4.50 each every 4 weeks, whatever the order size. Standard inboxes start at $3.50 and get cheaper as you buy more.
The Insured checkout lists two things Standard does not. One is “Deliverability Insurance”. The other is 24-hour active monitoring with automatic reconnection, so campaigns keep running if an inbox drops off.
Both tiers get unlimited replacement inboxes. So the extra $1.00 an inbox buys watching and fast reconnection, not replacements.
At 50 inboxes, Insured costs $225.00 every 4 weeks against $175.00. That is $50.00 more per bill, or $650.00 more over a year.
The gap grows with size. From 250 inboxes Standard drops to $3.00, while Insured stays at $4.50.
Insured makes sense if you run campaigns for clients and nobody checks the inboxes daily. It also suits you if one dead day of sending costs more than the extra $1.00 an inbox.
Standard makes sense if it is your first order and you are testing at small volume. It also fits if you or your sequencer already watch inbox health closely.
Insured does not appear on the pricing cards at the moment. It has its own checkout, so ask Premium Inboxes support for the Insured link if you want it.
The costs that sit outside the per-inbox price
The per-inbox price covers the account, the DNS setup, sequencer upload and replacements. There is no separate setup fee in the checkout. Three costs sit outside it.
Domains. You buy these yourself at any registrar. A .com at Porkbun costs $11.08 a year to register and the same to renew.
Most teams put two or three inboxes on each domain. So 30 inboxes at three per domain need 10 domains, about $110.80 a year, or roughly $9 a month.
A sequencer. Premium Inboxes uploads straight into Smartlead and Instantly. You pay for that tool separately, on its own plan.
Your time on the intake form. Premium Inboxes needs access to your registrar to set up DNS. The intake form has specific steps for Cloudflare, Namecheap, GoDaddy and Porkbun.
Getting that access right the first time is what keeps delivery fast. Incomplete or incorrect access details come first on the list of things the delivery policy says can delay an order.
What a first order really costs at 10 to 250 inboxes
FIRST20 takes 20% off the first bill only. Every bill after that is at the normal rate, so the code saves the most on a bigger first order.
| Inboxes | Rate per inbox | Normal bill every 4 weeks | First bill with FIRST20 | First year with FIRST20 | Cold emails a day |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | $3.50 | $35.00 | $28.00 | $448.00 | 150 |
| 30 | $3.50 | $105.00 | $84.00 | $1,344.00 | 450 |
| 50 | $3.50 | $175.00 | $140.00 | $2,240.00 | 750 |
| 100 | $3.50 | $350.00 | $280.00 | $4,480.00 | 1,500 |
| 250 | $3.00 | $750.00 | $600.00 | $9,600.00 | 3,750 |
First year means the discounted first bill plus 12 bills at the normal rate. Domains and your sequencer come on top.
The daily figure uses Premium Inboxes’ own guidance of 15 cold emails per inbox per day. Their Microsoft checkout states it, and says it matches their Google inboxes.
On Insured, the same 20% applies to the $4.50 rate. Fifty Insured inboxes come to $180.00 on the first bill instead of $225.00.
Two order sizes where buying more costs less
The pricing page puts every inbox in an order on its tier’s rate. Because of that, there are two ranges where adding inboxes lowers the bill.
Between 215 and 249 inboxes, order 250. At 249 inboxes the bill is $871.50. At 250 it is $750.00, because every inbox drops to $3.00. From 215 inboxes up, 250 costs less.
Between 1,167 and 1,249 inboxes, order 1,250. At 1,249 inboxes the bill is $3,747.00. At 1,250 it is $3,500.00 at $2.80 each. From 1,167 up, 1,250 costs less.
The extra inboxes are not wasted. They give you spare sending capacity, or let you rest inboxes that start to tire.
FIRST20 does not change this maths. It takes 20% off the whole bill, so the cheaper order stays cheaper after the discount.
Monthly or annual billing for your first order
On price alone, annual wins. Fifty inboxes cost $1,750.00 for a year on the annual plan, against $2,275.00 over 13 four-week bills.
That is $525.00 saved, far more than the $35.00 FIRST20 takes off a 50-inbox first bill. The catch is commitment.
The annual plan is paid upfront. Refunds only apply within 7 days, and only if nothing has been set up yet.
Cancelling keeps your inboxes until the end of the year you paid for, with no partial refund.
So the honest rule is simple. Annual costs the same as 10 four-week bills, so it pays off if you will keep the inboxes for more than about 40 weeks.
For a first order, we suggest starting on 4-week billing with FIRST20. Run a cycle or two, and move to annual once the inboxes have proved themselves.
We have not confirmed whether FIRST20 works on the annual checkout. If you go annual from day one, apply it anyway and read the order summary before you pay.
Premium Inboxes vs buying Google or Microsoft yourself
Per inbox, Premium Inboxes costs less than Google’s or Microsoft’s own entry plans at list price. That is before counting the setup work it does for you.
Here is a 30-inbox setup, shown as an average monthly cost so the options line up.
| Option | Price per inbox | 30 inboxes a month | DNS and setup |
|---|---|---|---|
| Premium Inboxes, Start Up | $3.50 every 4 weeks | $113.75 on average | Done for you |
| Google Workspace Business Starter, flexible | $8.40 a month | $252.00 | You do it |
| Google Workspace Business Starter, annual | $7.00 a month | $210.00 | You do it |
| Microsoft 365 Business Basic, paid yearly | $7.00 a month | $210.00 | You do it |
The Premium Inboxes figure is 13 bills a year spread over 12 months. Google prices are from SaaS CRM Review, checked September 2026. Microsoft’s is from Microsoft’s plan comparison page.
Domains and a sequencer cost the same whichever route you take. So for 30 inboxes, Premium Inboxes stays roughly $96 to $138 a month cheaper.
You also skip setting up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every domain yourself.
Buying direct still makes sense in one case. If you send under 50 cold emails a day, three inboxes on a domain you set up yourself may be all you need.
How to pay less on your first Premium Inboxes order
These steps take about five minutes and keep the first bill as low as it can go.
- Work out your inbox count. Divide the cold emails you want to send each day by 15 and round up. For 600 a day, that is 40 inboxes.
- Check the break points. If your number lands between 215 and 249, order 250 instead. Between 1,167 and 1,249, order 1,250.
- Open the pricing page. Go to Premium Inboxes, pick Google or Microsoft, and leave billing on monthly for a first order.
- Set your real quantity in the cart. The discount is a percentage, so the quantity decides what it is worth.
- Apply the coupon. Click “Apply coupon” in the order summary, type FIRST20 and apply it.
- Read the summary before you pay. You should see a discount line and a lower total. For 50 inboxes, $175.00 becomes $140.00.
- Fill in the intake form. List your domains and give registrar access exactly as the form asks. This is what keeps delivery inside 6 hours.
If the code does not apply, our Premium Inboxes coupon code page covers the usual reasons and what to do about each one.
Refund, cancellation and delivery rules to know before you pay
Read these before your first order. They decide what happens if something goes wrong.
Refunds are narrow. The refund policy allows a refund only within 7 days of purchase. The license must never have been used, and no setup work done.
Setup starts within hours of a complete order, so in practice most orders cannot be refunded once you have handed over your domains. Refund requests are reviewed within 24 business hours.
Talk to support before your bank. The policy says starting a chargeback without contacting support first breaks the agreement.
Cancelling is easy, but there is no partial refund. The cancellation policy says you cancel in the client portal and it takes effect at once.
Your inboxes stay active until the end of the current billing period. You are not charged again, but unused days are not refunded.
Delivery has two promises. The checkout says 6 hours or less. The older delivery policy says 12 business hours as standard, with 6 hours as a priority option.
The policy starts the clock only once onboarding is complete and your access details work. Waiting on your replies does not count.
Replacements are free. Every plan includes unlimited replacement inboxes if performance drops, so a burned inbox does not mean a new bill.
Premium Inboxes pricing questions first-time buyers ask
How much does one Premium Inboxes inbox cost?
$3.50 every 4 weeks on the Start Up plan, or $35 a year on annual billing. The rate falls to $3.00 from 250 inboxes and $2.80 from 1,250.
Is Microsoft 365 cheaper than Google Workspace at Premium Inboxes?
No. Both cost the same at every tier, on monthly and annual billing.
Is there a setup fee or a minimum order?
The checkout shows no setup fee, because setup is part of the inbox price. The Start Up plan begins at one inbox.
Is there a free trial?
The pricing page lists no free trial. The 7-day refund window is the closest thing, and it only covers inboxes that were never set up.
Does FIRST20 discount every bill?
No. It takes 20% off the first bill for a new account. After that you pay the normal rate.
Can I use FIRST20 on Insured inboxes?
Yes, the 20% applies to the $4.50 Insured rate too. Fifty Insured inboxes come to $180.00 on the first bill.
Why does my yearly total look higher than 12 times the price?
Because billing runs every 4 weeks, which makes 13 bills a year. One Start Up inbox costs $45.50 over a year.
The bottom line on Premium Inboxes pricing
For a first order under 215 inboxes, budget $3.50 per inbox every 4 weeks, plus about $11 a year for each domain. Setup, sequencer upload and replacements are already in that price.
Use FIRST20 to take 20% off the first bill. If you then decide to keep the inboxes for most of a year, switch to annual, because that saves more than any coupon.
The current code, how to apply it and what to do if it fails are all on our Premium Inboxes coupon code page.
